Commercial Strategy and Delivery

Commercial Strategy and Development (CSD), led by General Manager Chris Webb, sets up and manages cross-government ICT-related contracts and supplier relationships, as well as developing and implementing ICT sourcing strategies, to achieve government outcomes.

It is responsible for cross-government ICT supply initiatives, including strategy development, market development, strategic sourcing, contract management, vendor engagement and management and benefit realisation.

It is setting up and managing a portfolio of ICT common capabilities that supports the Government ICT Strategy and Action Plan to 2017. CSD also provides commercial advice to a range of stakeholders and provides input into Government procurement policies.
