Service Innovation
Led by General Manager Karl McDiarmid, Service Innovation is about delivering services differently.
The team is working with agencies on two main areas of work:
- Better Public Services Result 10 –making it easier for New Zealanders to transact with government digitally
- RealMe – supporting New Zealanders to access online services with a single username and password, and prove their identity online.
