Housing Affordability Map

We’ve all heard about the housing crisis in New Zealand right now – but it’s hard to get a sense of exactly how it’s affecting your area.

That’s why we’ve put together this new tool that lets you look up what the housing crisis looks like in your area.

Want to find out how the housing crisis is affecting your community?

The tool is broken down into 2000 area units across the country to give you an accurate picture of exactly how it looks. You’ll be able to see how house prices and home ownership have changed, how many people are renting and how it’s affecting those most in need.

Labour has a plan to fix the housing crisis – we’ll build 100,000 affordable homes for first home buyers, crack down on speculators and support those in need.

Our tool explains exactly how we’ll do it too – click here to check it out
