My solution to the problem. All these evil, privileged, gay men - I'm surprised that she didn't say 'white', or maybe she was avoiding cliche; she definitely failed to mention 'extremely hard working' - should bow out next year and let her and her supporters organise the parade. Countless hours of love devoted to 'our parade' - which actually does include the T in LGBT - with little in the way of thanks and lots in the way of this criticism. I'm sure that she'd relish the task.

Hello everyone I am looking for 8 Gay and/or Bi Men for a 8 man Boxing Crusierweight (79 kgs - 90.7 kgs) tournament that is taking place at Trust Arena, Auckland sometime in mid February
there is prizes in the tournament
I am also looking for 2 drag queen for an exhibition bout and also 2 lesbians and/or bi females for a bout
each bout is 3 rounds 2 min each round

Immigration NZ has a reputation for inconsistent service. Some officials may be homophobic, some racist, some over-worked and some OK. I know straight couples who have had problems too. One couple took 5 years to meet INZ requirements and frequent re-applications.

Make sure to keep copies of all documents because INZ sometimes loses them and makes people re-apply. Getting additional supporting letters from people who know you as a couple might help. And advice from friends who have been through the process might help too.

Hello everyone! I just wanted to share my dilemma with INZ and maybe ask for some advice or insights from anyone who knows about this topic.
I recently started working here in NZ under the SMC visa and have applied for my residency in July. I included my partner in the application and we submitted all documents relating to evidence of genuine and stable partnership. We have been together for almost 11 years and have lived together in a south pacific island for almost 4 years before I moved to NZ last December and she stayed in the island. We gathered as much evidence as we possibly can to make up for some of the listed documents that we don't really have. We gave joint bank statements with same address and financial interdependence, heaps of photos as a couple and with family and friends, letters from friends and families, our emails and long list of skype logs, past and future travel itineraries and etc... I also explained reasons why we don't have certain docs such as tenancy agreements and bills.. but still deemed insufficient by our case officer! I know some people (straight couples) who were granted partnership with fewer evidence and years as a couple than us. I don't want to conclude that this might be discrimination but evidence points otherwise and the reply I get from my case officer is very general and does not seem like she has really assessed and looked into our documents.

what do guys think? open to suggestions and opinions

Hi I'm still in the closet too and really considering the idea of marrying a lesbian wife and have kids for marriage of convenience. Friends and family have been asking like crazy wanting me to get married. Is anyone in the similar situation as I am? If you know someone whose in a similar situation or you are the person, would be keen to chat and see if things can work out. Thanks.

Firstly Good on you! It's not easy coming out, I guess my advice is 'There's no hurry to tell everyone. Why not start with your closest friend, someone you trust, a person you feel comfortable with. I agree though you can always Call 0800 OUTLINE, sometimes talking with someone can really help with taking that first leap. good luck and Best wishes
