Suicide: coping with suicidal thoughts

A clinically supported, professionally facilitated, self-managed, peer support community of people who are experiencing common mental health problems who are supported to self-manage their own mental health. Members are able to engage anonymously one on one, in groups or the wider membership, express themselves creatively, gain knowledge and self-awareness through available information resources.

Friday Peer Recovery and Support Group

This group is led by two experienced peers. We meet weekly to offer and provide support to our fellow peers who may be struggling with mental health issues.

Meetings are Fridays, 12noon – 1.30pm. It’s the perfect way to ensure you are safe as we head into the weekend.

Come along and meet others in a relaxed and informal setting as we share the load and support each other.
