Welcome to the Wellbeing Game!

The Wellbeing Game is a social media platform that allows you to share what you do to stay happy and healthy.

The aim of the Game is to accumulate happiness, one hour at a time. Log your wellbeing hours and earn badges based on the Five Ways to Wellbeing. Form teams and compete for bragging-rights on the leaderboard.

The Game is currently undergoing redevelopment and will be available soon. If you'd like to see the Wellbeing Game played at your workplace please email us.

About the Game

Play the Wellbeing Game and become a champion of your own happiness.

The goal of the Game is to accumulate happiness, one hour at a time.

It’s easy to play:

  1. Keep track of the amount of time you spend each day on activities that use the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing'
  2. Use the game to enter the time you spend on these activities.

Count what you already do and try new ways to increase your wellbeing hours. One activity can use more than one ‘way to wellbeing’. For example having a picnic with friends could contribute two hours to your total and see you Connect (with friends), Give (share food with others), and if you take time to savour the experience, Take Notice.

Taking part and improving your wellbeing is the major prize. Your workplace, school or community can play and everybody wins.
