Govt.nz collects together information about services offered by New Zealand government departments and agencies - but we don't own any of the services we talk about.
If you need help or have a question about a service on the site, you'll need to contact the organisation that provides that service. You can find out who that is by using the "contact" section on each page of this website.
If you can't work out who to contact, you can ask us for advice. Even if we can't answer your question, we can help you get in touch with someone who can.
If you need to make a complaint, we're sorry about that.
We suggest you contact the service provider or the department responsible in the first instance — most departments have special phone numbers or email addresses for complaints. If you're not sure, call the head office phone number for the department.
If your concerns aren't responded to, send us your complaint and we'll do our best to help you.
