If I have a pet peeve, it’s pets in weddings. Don’t get me wrong, I am a complete animal lover and the wife-to-be and I have an ever-growing menagerie of fur babies. But a dog or a cat in a tux? No, no, no!

Mermice … a sushi cake … a couple getting it on … a hunting themed cake … and another which is supposed to be a sandcastle. And yet they are all outdone by a cake which is a life-size copy of the bride:
