Services › Harbourmaster Service at Lake Taupo › Notification of accidents

Under section 2.10 of the Lake Taupo Navigation Safety Bylaw 2010, the owner or person in charge of any vessel involved in an accident must, as soon as practicable, report the accident to the Harbourmaster and, within 48 hours, complete and return both the Lake Taupo Harbourmaster Notification of Accidents form and the appropriate Maritime New Zealand form.
