You must be a heck of a lot fit to be doing that many hours of walk in a day! I wander how many steps that would be?

never really understood how people get really fat. My family naturally is overweight mostly fat dudes in our tree. But tall fat dudes haha, so if I in theory sat on my ass and watched tv all day and ate shit food then I would be fat.

Ive played sport since I was about 5. I go to the gym bt 5+ days a week, run loads, walk up stairs instead of taking an elevator. I love running, I love doing weights, I love eating well. One of my fav things in life is working out till im wet and dripping in sweat then having a shower after, I love it.

Good on you Prospero, I know this will 100% change your life. Be proud you are doing this.

I dont think that far ahead.

Well im actually thinner then my bone structure, though i do have the trademark family neck (thick neck).

If i was to put on weight to my frame, id be a bit buff (like my brother) though personally i couldnt think of anything worse. Well wait yes i can. I could be a fatass.

I was a porky baby though

Day 5

Binged

Day 6

Whoops, binged a little bit more, I was away from home a lot longer than I expected and got carried away.  Its my first bad weekend, took it too far, feedl bad about it, but not going to let it stop me doing better...hence

Day 7

Back to form!  Phew, hit the gym, ate the good food, avoided any bad food.  Too wet to jog or walk in the morning or lunch, but excellent cardio

Oh and Spaceman by The Killers - fantastic way to end your cardio, really pushes yourself.

Yeah beer worse than dry wine but no alcohol drink is good when you're trying to lose weight.  Alcohol gives no nutrition, extra calories and persuades us to eat more.

which is about one glass of red a day, and yeah but not if you are trying to lose weight, as the benefits from it don't outweigh the kilojoules

also alcohol slows fat metabolising.  There are antioxidants in wine, but i have read a in number of places recently that the health problems of drinking alcohol outweigh the health bonuses of the rest of the stuff.  So drink, by all means, but don't think you're doing yourself any favours.  Apart from having a nice glass of wine.
