Day 16

Almost perfect, I have work down pat, jog a bit there, eat well, drink water, go to gym...sorted.  Now I have to get home done, I am still relying on deli'ness and prepackaged meals and a late night carbey snack.  Once I get that sorted I will be ok.  At the moment I feel like I am just stopping myself from getting fatter rather than actually losing weight.

Ok, I've been doing this on the sly. I have lost 5kgs in 2 weeks - all by eating well, no exercise.

1 kg lost this week with no extra excercise. Next week I start at the gym again.

Day 17

Pretty good, nothing specatcular.  Usual jogging, eating well at work, no bad snacks.  My lower body workout could have been better, I did lift heavier weights, but wasn't really pushing myself, I think I will jig it around for next week, shake it up a bit.  Had 6" subway for dinner, so pretty pleased there, still carbey sammich for snack.  Gah.  I need to clean out my pantry on Sunday.  Really want to kick it into gear next week.

Still, better than BK for dinner and not exercise at all!

Day 18

Gym on a friday, booyah!  And biked so hard I thought I was going to hurl at the end of it.  Ate, finished off the carby late night snacks...I don't feel I  have made a huge amount of progress physically, but mentally hell yes.

Friend is having a birthday party at my place tomorrow, so already stocked up on essentials (2kg of candy) and although I willl eat it with gusto, cos damn I loves me some fizzy lollies, I am quite looking forward to next weekend when I can just be normal and healthy.
