Auckland drag sister Tess Tickle only had one photo in her hand on Saturday night at K' Rd's Naval & Family pub - and she gave it to a brand new drag diva who had put a lot of effort into the bar's 'Drag Race' contest.
New sensation Tyra Wanks blasted onto the stage following her expertly-crafted preview video and high-impact flyer campaign at the bar.
Tyra now says: "A huge, huge, bigger than you can imagine thank you to everyone who came on Saturday night and screamed, shouted and even fog-horned it... thanks again, love Tyra."

The judges also loved Tyra's shows - shown on the video clip below - so Tyra Wanks stays in the running in Tess's Drag Race contest at the Naval & Family happening for another few Saturday nights at 9:30pm. Good luck Tyra - we think you're fierce!
