    This consultation document invited public comments on proposals to make licensed promoter regulations under the Gambling Act 2003. The consultation period ended on 4 February 2004.
  • 6/7/2004 Feedback on Proposed Development of Protocol Based Third Party System Connection to Class 4 Gaming Machines. Submissions closed 23 July 2004.
    This discussion document outlines the development of protocol based third party system connections to class 4 gaming machines. It was sent out to manufacturers of third party equipment organisations and those short listed for the Electronic Monitoring System (EMS) monitor, with the accompanying covering letter on 6 July 2004:
  • 10/5/2004 EMS Formal Consultation Formal consultation on an Electronic Monitoring System (EMS) for Class 4 gaming machines, under the terms of the Gambling Act 2003.
